About

South Africa has great opportunities to help those who need by volunteering with one or more of our many volunteer organisations. It is still in many aspects a third world country which is in the process of developing. Throughout the colourful history and many cultures, there are a lot of social, economical and ecological problems in the society. Non Profit Organisations for example, are founded to help to solve these problems and you can get the chance to become involved in educational and social development and upliftment in South Africa.

Information

Duration: minimum 4 weeks – 1 year

Option 1: Volunteer placement fee 350 Euro
includes: placement + introduction to placement

Option 2: 1050 Euro for 4 weeks
includes: placement, introduction to placement + home-stay incl. breakfast and dinner

Animal projects:

Disabled Horse riding
Equine Horse Therapy (Youth Development programme)
Horse Care unit, Dogs & Cats Unit at different South African institutions
Cheetah Outreach
Cart Horse

Sports projects:

Tennis for children

Environmental projects:

Different 'Green projects' (Fee on request)

Wildlife:

Wildlife project + community project in the Eastern Cape (Fee on request)

Humanitarian projects:
